English Program for McDonald’s Employees

McDonald’s has helped create a loyal and fluent team of workers. A year ago, the company enrolled employees in an intense program to teach English to its potential managers. The company pays for the classes and also pays for their employees to take classes during work hours. This is rare among companies with a large number of entry-level workers, but it has its benefits. The program develops loyalty among aspiring managers and improves the customers’ experience.
